A spacious double room is available in a lovely, converted terraced flat with modern décor and a touch of quirky charm. The room features a super-king-size bed, bed frame, and under-bed storage.
There is also a four-door wardrobe, a stand-up/sit-down desk, and a bedside table that could be removed or alternatively purchased from the current flatmate.

You’ll be sharing with two friendly, creative housemates: Venetia, a violinist who’s often away touring, and Helen, who works in the music industry. The flat features a shared living room, one bathroom with both a bath and a shower, and a third bedroom located in the garden with its own en-suite.

There’s a spacious paved garden that’s perfect for warm days, and the location is fantastic — 5 minutes from Crouch Hill Overground, about 15 minutes to Finsbury Park station, and well connected by buses to Highgate and Archway. Parkland Walk is just around the corner, and there are plenty of cafés, shops, and supermarkets nearby.
The move in date is March 18, but we can be flexible if someone needs to move in earlier.

Bills aren’t included in the rent, but usually come to around £150 a month. The deposit is actually £1,250 but could not amend it.
