I am looking for a flatmate to move in this amazing flat with me as my flatmate is leaving soon.

• TWO BATHROOMS!! One for each. You will have your very own bathroom. No queues for that shower in the morning anymore!

• It has windows in three facades! Lots of light throughout the whole day.
• Living room kitchen open plan. Huge! with a balcony and facing South!!
• Great views of the city as you can see in the pictures.

A bit about me: I am a Spanish architect living in Haggerston for more than 3 years now, and I love this area! I would like to share with creative and easy going flatmate who would like to live in a nice and friendly atmosphere. I love cinema, music, photography, architecture, sports, gaming and arts and therefore it would be great to have around a similar kind of person. Ideally, we would hang out in the living room to watch movies, play PS4, have a chat before a glass of wine or hanging out at the local pub.
