Double bedroom in Hoxton

Hi there! After two amazing years, I’m moving out of my flat, so I’m looking for someone to take my room.

The flat is located on the second floor of a small building and it has 3 bedrooms, an open kitchen with living room, and a bathroom with natural light.

The building is just around the corner from Hoxton Street and the Hoxton Market, 3 minutes walking distance from the Hoxton Overground and 8 min walking distance from the Old Street Station (Northern Line).

The Columbia Road Flower Market is also super close, just 10 min away, as well as the Broadway Market, 20 minutes away and a very nice walk by the canal.

You’d be sharing the flat with 2 other girls around their 30s, who love plants, cooking and a good chat.

There’s a small balcony around the flat and space for a bike in the building common area.

The bills are not included in the price, but they cost around £80 per month (council, gas, water, electricity and Wi-Fi) and include a cleaner that comes every two weeks.

The room (and house) is furnished with a bed, a big wardrobe, a bed side table and a couple of shelves (as in the pictures).

We’re looking for someone that is easy-going and sociable, but also who respects other people’s privacy. Although we have a cleaner, we always clean after ourselves, so we’re looking for someone that is tidy.

Moving date is quite flexible, so it’s up for discussion.
