Right between Shoreditch, the City, Islington and Hoxton is our great little place! Four bedrooms, Kitchen, Bathroom, garden and a second loo. With a Co-op a 2 minute stroll and only 5 minutes to the Tesco, its location couldn't be better.

Bus 141, 271, 76 and 21 all stop at the end of the street. Highbury & Islington is 15 minutes walk north, Angel 15 minutes on the Canal and Old Street 10 minutes south!

The room is cosy and bright with hardwood floors, small double bed, desk and wardrobe.

You would be staying with a lovely and friendly bunch - Katy, Tommy, and Taylor, always up for a chat and a drink around the kitchen table!

The contract will run until August 2021 and can be renewed every year. If you're looking for a shorter stay, you can move out every month by finding a replacement tenant.
