Hi Londoners ! I am sub-letting my room for the month of April (1-30th)

- Super well located in Shoreditch/Hoxton, right next to Regent's canal, Columbia Flower Market, Haggerston Park if you want to have nice walks around the flat

- Large double room with private bathroom (En-Suite): lots of space

- All furnished with double bed, wardrobe, ready to move in

- Spacious flat with big living room, open and all equiped kitchen, and balcony

- Large terrace to chill, workout or have a drink (massive plus)

- Flat to share with an Italian guy and a french girl which are the best possible flatmates!! (specially if you like good food :D)

- Desk area in the house: we have a desk and a table , as well as a second screen monitor which you can use

- We really want to have a great positive energy in the flat! :) So we hope to find somebody who can contribute to it. Always up to share dinner, have fun conversations and go for a walk/watch a movie.

- We are really good friends with our neighbours who are all in their mid 20s/early 30's

Price: £890 ALL INCLUDED for 1 month (possibly to rent for the week as well: £35 a night) Water, Electricity, Wifi etc all included). - NO AGENCY FEES :)
