Loft/Mezzanine room in Stunning Flat in Hoxton N1

Hey!

Our housemate is moving back home to NZ so we are looking for a female flatmate to replace her. If after reading the ad you're keen, please message with some info about yourself, what you do for work and confirm the earliest you could move in.

The flat is right in the middle of Hoxton overground station and Old Street tube station, it has an open planned living area with amazing kitchen and seating areas.

The room is a loft room, accessed by stairs/ladder - therefore doesn't really have a door so to speak. As you can see in the photo there is a window through the room that looks out to the rest of the apartment, right now I have a clothes rail and room divider covering this for privacy, which you would be welcome to keep these there also. The room is available from the end of January to move in and includes all bills.

You'll be living with an awesome girl from the north of England and a fabulous gay guy (myself) who's also English.. We met via Spareroom last year and are now good friends who enjoy a good mix of hanging out together while also doing our own thing as well.

Ideally we would like someone similar age and interests, we are both working full time from home currently.
