Brand new apartment in Hoxton on 15th floor with built in wardrobes. private bathroom, and views of London landmarks. Room is furnished with bed, tables, lamps and smart TV.

There is a wrap around balcony, large lounge dining and galley kitchen with integrated appliances. There is a cleaner once a fortnight.

I’m renting the second bedroom of my home. I am late 30’s, English-Australian, gay, friendly, and work in Digital Marketing. I work from home or a local co-working space 8am - 4pm weekdays and outside of pandemic usually travel frequently with work.

I’m relaxed, clean and relatively quiet, and like having friends for dinner occasionally. I’ve recently moved back to London and looking for a similar flatmate. I plan to get a dog this year, therefore hope you're dog friendly.

There’s no car space with the apartment, however I imagine there’s a parking permit that could be obtained. There’s no gym however is a leisure centre with pool, gym and squash courts 150m away.

Old Street tube is 12 mins walk, Essex Rd is 8 mins, Tesco is 3 mins, and local pub is 2 mins. Approximately 20 mins walk to the city or 15 mins by tube, 30 mins to Oxford Circus by tube.
