Double room available from Janaury (flexible)

Hey everyone!

The flat is beautiful with lots of space and a great communal rooftop.

Room available from January anytime from now till 24th January. My flatmates are moving out as moving back home.

The room is really big so room for desk, wardrobes, big bed etc. Both have own bathroom and theres also another toilet for guests. The living room/kitchen is open plan so great for having friends over and cooking. Also lots of space for a desk if working from home. There is a lot of light in the flat which is great too.
About me: I’m quite active and busy social life so out quite a fair amount but also would be great to have a social flatmate(s) too!

Everything works in the flat but maintenance usually come within hours/a day if there is any problem!

Location:
Location is perfect. It’s a few minites walk to both Hoxton station and central Shoredtich. 10 minutes walk to Old Street station, 15 to Liverpool Street and 20 minutes walk along the canal to Victoria Park. There are also lots of supermarkets around - Sainsburys, Tesco, the grocery, asian supermarkets. Great restaurants and bars too when they're open again
