Double room in a spacious apartment. There’s one bathroom with a shower/bath and a separate toilet room. We have a large shared lounge as well as a kitchen, and a sunny communal courtyard.

We live down the road to a Sainsburys, Tesco and a range of other convenient shops. We are a 10 min walk to both Old Street tube & Hoxton overground. We’re a short walk to Brick Lane, London Fields, Columbia Road markets as well as Angel central. Being so close to Shoreditch there are tonnes of great restaurants, bars and cafes; and also surrounded by parks. We’re also right by the canal which is lovely to walk/run along.

The flat is available from 18th January but can be somewhat flexible with the move date (for the right person). The apartment is one of six in our building and will be available to view during the day & evenings via a message over the next week.

Bills average out at less than £100 per month and include internet, TV license, council tax, water, gas and electricity. We have multiple streaming services available through our smart TV all free of charge. The two housemates are legends, both working for the NHS as a nurse and midwife. So you’re joining a winning team. One Aussie and one Brit who are lovely, and you’ll be filling my room when I move back home to Aus.

All furniture including dresser, bedside drawers and wardrobe with full length mirrored doors come with the room at no additional cost.

The 3,000 piece puzzle in our living room is now complete!! Joys of living in lockdown... It’s now no longer taking up our living room floor, and we have replaced with a Christmas tree.
