Good sized double room with plenty of natural light available in a large shared flat on Hoxton St. Comes furnished with a double bed, desk and wardrobe.

You'll be joining two lovely, generally quiet, well-behaved guys (one is queer - see if you can guess which).

The flat is a split-level, ex-council flat with an airy communal living room, an impressively large balcony (and hammock!) and indoor cycle storage.

Situated in the cool part of town - 5 minutes from Hoxton Overground station and 10 minutes from Old St and Liverpool St tube stations, with supermarkets, gyms and plenty of pubs, coffee shops, etc. on the doorstep.

Potential applicants should be employed, sociable, LGBTQ+ / ally, sex-positive, and non-smoking.
A love of movies, food, gaming, podcasting, or great TV is helpful, but not essential.
It's a pretty easy-going and chilled flat generally, ideally looking for someone similar.

No couples, no pets and no chopping people up and keeping bits of them in the freezer. That's a shared space.
