Double room for student in stunning Hoxton/Shoreditch location renting out a lovely double room in a shared house on Kingsland Road. The location is between Hoxton and Shoreditch with excellent access to transport. A 5 min walk into Shorditch, with bus stops right outside and Hoxton overground less than 5 min away.

The room is on the first floor looking out onto a shared front garden. A very functional space with plenty of storage, comes furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, shelving and a small desk.
We share a spacious kitchen/living space, perfect for cooking and social gatherings, as well as a patio garden at the rear. The house was repainted and recarpeted last year, the two bathrooms have new tiling and were updated also!

The house is shared by 3 other female students who go to UAL – LCF and LCC. We’re looking for someone of similar student age and occupation; we’re all friendly, like to cook together and chill outside – the house has a very easy-going vibe. Clean and tidy habits please, but we ask nothing unreasonable.

Full-year contract beginning July 31st 2021 £704.19 pcm + bills
