Our flatmates are moving back to New Zealand after a few lovely years in the flat so we have an amazing en-suite available for £1380 pcm excluding bills.

The room is nice and big with a king sized bed, large double wardrobe and plenty of space for a good wfh setup. You also have an en-suite which is super spacious and light.

The rest of the flat is also crazy spacious with lots of natural light. All modern features blah blah blah with a bit of a warehouse kind of vibe. There's a roof terrace in the block which is great for a summer beer.

A bit about us:

We're two sisters from Sheffield, Charlotte and Chloe. Chloe is a Pharmacist at St George's Hospital and most evenings is usually out doing some sport or another and I'm doing a PhD at UCL spending evenings either climbing or cycling.

We're looking for a couple/single person who is easy going and looking for a chill house share. We keep things clean and tidy and have pretty chill weeks, very rare we go out nowadays but do love a good pub or wine bar. Looking for people who want a sociable house share maybe cook a dinner and watch a film every now and then but nothing too wild.

We'll be doing viewings next Wednesday and Thursday evening (1st and 2nd of May) so drop us a message if you'd like to come look around.
