Maisonette with large garden is opposite Columbia Road Flower market, in a quiet block of flats but perfectly situated in the heart of Shoreditch, with a number of amazing bars and restaurants. It's a great base to explore London, close to good transport links (Hoxton overground and Liverpool Street tube station nearby).

One of three bedrooms available in a lovely shared flat. Currently in the flat is Paul (Film photographer/pastry enthusiast) and Clio (South African doctor/lover of surfing).

The room which you would be renting, has a Chester drawer, a bedside table, desk, and one large wardrobe, as pictured. Big windows and lots of light. En-suite bathroom with shelves for storage.

We have a lovely, sunny garden. Very large with astroturf and a barbecue pit.

We are often busy with work and friends, but love having a homely environment rather than a ‘flat share’. We are all very outgoing and like to catch up, cook meals together or go to the pub together occasionally. If you’re new to London we will be happy to help you with whatever you need. In summary, we’re a friendly bunch :)
