The flat is owned by my brother & I have lived here for a year.
I am in the Music industry, production & work for a music streaming platform & sometimes gig away. so a lot of work from remotely.
The location is amazing, it's a 10 min walk to Shoreditch.
It is 10 max walk to Old Street Tube. 15 mins walk max to Angel & bus to Angel right outside the flat. Other buses to Euston, Kings Cross are a 5 min walk away from City road. The 205 to Paddington & so many other buses.
The flat is based in N1 but more towards city road towards Old Street Station end.
Walkable distance to everywhere (If you like walking) 30 mins to Covent Garden, Liverpool Street, Kings Cross, 10 mins to the heart of Shoreditch for example.
