I am looking for someone to take over my beautiful and comfortable double en-suite room in East London, as I am moving back to Australia.

📍 Location:

- Our modern apartment is situated a 5-10 minute walk from Hoxton Station and is just a stone’s throw away from Shoreditch High Street, where anything you could need is available including vibrant restaurants, pubs, local supermarkets, shops and gyms.
- A convenient selection of buses (243, 149 and 242) heading into Central London is also nearby.
- We are a short walk away from Broadway and Columbia flower market and can reach both Dalston and Liverpool Street within 15 minutes by bus. The canal is also around the corner from us.

🏡 About the Property:

Room Details:

- It is a spacious and bright double room with a private bathroom including a towel rack, storage space, and shower.
- The rent is £1347.50 p/m (bills not included). Bills usually come to £150 p/m and will be divided equally.
- The room comes fully furnished with a standard double bed, quality mattress, desk and built-in wardrobe with plenty of shelving units.
- The room is available now, but we are pretty flexible.

Apartment Details:

- Common areas include a shared living room with TV, contemporary kitchen with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, storage space and pantry section, and a separate washing machine/dryer.
- The apartment also has a private balcony which is brilliant for the summer!

👯 Housemate:

- You will be living with my current housemate Luči (26) who is a professional working for an AI startup in the city. She’s an absolutely wonderful and easy going housemate who enjoys a good laugh and conversation, hot yoga, creative art, cooking, and exploring various eateries in the neighbourhood.

📋 Next Steps:

- We are looking for a minimum contract of 6 months (with an option to renew the lease after September).
- You will be required to complete the referencing process and tenancy documentation through our agency.
- Ideally, we are looking for someone who earns a minimum of £50,000 per annum.
- Prior to the move-in, we will need a security deposit (£1431.46) along with your first month of rent.
