We’re looking for someone to take over the contract for a spare room in a friendly 4 bed flat in Hoxton. The room comes furnished with a double bed, mattress, built-in desk, double wardrobe and plenty of storage space.

The flat is split across two levels, the lower floor containing an open plan kitchen and living room as well as the available bedroom. The second floor has two other bedrooms, the private shower and the main bathroom (with another toilet). There is also a dishwasher and a washer-dryer.

Location is ideal – the flat is a 2-minute walk from Hoxton Overground station, 15-minute walk to Old Street and is situated close to major bus routes into central London and Hackney. It’s a 5-minute walk to Columbia Road, 5 minutes to Haggerston Park and 15 minute walk to London Fields/ Broadway Market, as well as being across the road from a gym.

The room is available from the 1st of April. The room is £988 + bills which equate to about £100 on top of that and the security deposit will be £1400.

You will be living with three super clean and friendly people (two guys and a girl) who are all in their mid 20s and are all very easy-going, have their own lives but also enjoy a night in together in the flat.
