I’m April, a 23 year old part time student and part time worker.

Following the recent move of previous tenants, I am now looking for a female to fill this room until July 2025

The flat is currently unfurnished however there are basic items in the communal spaces i. e. kitchen and bathroom. Bills will be distributed equally, these including : gas, electric, water, WiFi & council tax. ( We are Band F ) I will also be happy to split the cost of items in the kitchen.

I work Monday - Friday 9 to 5, most days I am in the office & the others I work from my bedroom. On the weekends I tend to be out with friends or visiting family members! I am looking for someone in a similar position to myself, who would be happy to share this spacious, central, Hoxton flat.

I would consider myself as very easy going and very clean. I am always happy to chat and socialize, however I will always respect those who wish to have their own space.
