Double Room available near Shoreditch Park

Hi, I am looking for a new roommate to move in anytime before April 22nd in this great new build flat from 2016 near Shoreditch Park and Regent's Canal.

I am a 24 year old male from France and the other roommate is a 23 year old male from Germany. We both work in finance and are super friendly, clean, respectable lads with similar interests - football/sport, good food, music, tv series etc.

Room is a double with a new bed provided by the landlord. Quite large, there is space to do exercise/yoga if needed. Lots of storage space as you can see in the picture. It is well furnished with desk, monitors and chair (if you need it...)

Living room: we have all the furniture needed so nothing needs to be purchased. We have lots of great things - airfryer, nutribullet, among other things...

Balcony: We have a huge balcony which goes all around the flat with a sofa and a barbecue, great for the summer months.

Others: We also have private bike storage which is super convenient.

Bills: It's a new build so bills are quite cheap. Goes from 50-80 during winter to 30-60 in summer months. Council tax is around 60 monthy.

Regarding the lease, its 6 months minimum which will bring you up to the end of the contract. Contract renews on Oct. 20th.
