I am renting my large en-suite double room in our gorgeous Hoxton flat. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in total. The flat is located in the middle of Old Street, Angel and Highbury right on the canal and will be perfect for those who want good transport links and enjoy being near the canal. The flat is in an iconic development which used to be the old Alfred Hitchcock filming studios and has a 24/7 concierge as well as a gated courtyard. It is a beautiful flat done to a high standard which has recently been renovated. You won't be disappointed.

The flat has everything you need and comes fully furnished with washing machine, dishwasher + white goods. It has a balcony too.

You are 3 stops from Paris, walking distance to Shoreditch, London Fields, Angel and the city. If you work in and around the city then you'll be walking distance to work.

The room is available for 2-3 months from the start of May 2024 until the end of the lease on 28 July 2024. There is some flexibility with the move out date and the possibility of extending the lease for a further year. The price is £1,387.50 per month. Bedroom 1 is the en-suite master. Bedroom 2 (not up for rent) is the smaller double bedroom with a private bathroom.

Your housemate will be a 33 year old female professional, and we are looking for a professional female who is respectful and reliable, preferably who works from the office.
