Short term lease in N1 until end August 24

Looking for someone to join our 4 bdrm flat, just a 5 min walk from Old St Station and 10 minute walk to the canal.

IMPORTANT: Unfortunately our landlord is selling at the end of our lease so the flat is only available from the 14th April - end of August.

We are on the top floor of a modern apartment block and the flat is split over two levels.
Level 1: two bedrooms, a bathroom, open plan kitchen / living and balcony.
Level 2: another 2 bedrooms and another bathroom upstairs (so each bathroom is only shared with one other person).

We are 3 kiwis, 29-30 years old and all female. Looking for someone who is clean, respectful and easy going. We often host dinners / have friends over and have made a home away from home - we love our place and look after it 🏡♥️

Charlotte and I work from home loads, but Holly is out most of time with a very busy work schedule. In the weekends we do all the usual London things: pub, parks, gym, walks along the canal, shows, comedy etc etc. If you think it sounds like you’d like to live with us we’d love to hear from you!

The room comes fully furnished except for a desk and chair (though the leaving flatmate has one for sale) and has access to the balcony. Even though we are very central it’s actually a quiet flat with the double glazing.

Room is £945 + bills, but the landlord mentioned sweetening the deal for us since people will be coming to view it… we’re just not sure how that looks yet but we think discounted rent.
