The remaining flatmate will be a student at King’s College London, and he is very cleanly and very low maintenance.

Both Rooms are available from 16 June (flexible) to 31 August, and you will be taking over the rest of our contracts, as one of my flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend, and I am moving back to the US. You also have the chance to renew the contract for the long term if you desire.
