Double room in friendly house - near Old street

Hi everyone,

Our flatmate is sadly moving out and their room, with a double bed and ensuite, will be available from early March.

You'll be joining a flat of 4, which has a spacious lounge and a space if you work from home. The kitchen is nice and modern, and the building even has a bike shed.

The rent is £1175 and bills are an extra £150-£250 a month. That includes everything, so council tax, wi-fi, electricity, gas, and water.

We're located a 10-15 min walk from Old Street, and a few extra minutes away from Angel and Hoxton. There's a bus stop a minute away too.

For shopping, there's also a co-op, a Tesco, and a Sainsbury's nearby. So you can always pick your favourite.

So about the us! We're all working professionals in a friendly and sociable house who enjoy hanging out together. Whether that's having a chat in the lounge, watching a movie, grabbing a pint at the pub, or just sitting by the canals. Hopefully that sounds good to you but no worries if not. As long as you're respectful of us and the flat, then we'll definitely get along!
