Looking for a third person to live in our modern flat in Hoxton. The flat has recently been refurbished with a brand new bathroom, flooring and all new living room furniture. The kitchen is currently midway through renovations with all new appliances installed, and new counter tops, the final part is new flooring to be laid and for it to be painted and decorated.

Rent is £900 a month, bills are £130 which also includes wifi.

The flat is in an amazing location and has easy access to all parts of London. Old Street station is very close and Shoreditch is only a 15 minute walk away. The highlight for me is being so close to Regents canal which is alive in the summer and is only a small walk away from Islington High St.

There is everything you need nearby supermarkets, pubs/bars, restaurants, cafes dry cleaners etc.

We are both 32 year old professionals (not a couple) who work hard during the week and enjoy being sociable and going out on the weekend. The living room is pretty spacious and is a great place to chill out and has a small connected balcony which is perfect when the sun comes out.
