The flat has five bedrooms, four on the first floor and a ground-floor reception room converted into a bedroom. The ground floor kitchen, diner/living room, separate WC with faucet, and utility room lead to a garden with a small lawn and patio. The upstairs shower room has a WC and faucet.

Bills include council tax, gas, electricity, water, and 100-300mbps fibre optic broadband. Each tenant pays 20% of the total, which currently equates to £114.00 pcm. There is a kitty for sundry expenses.

Hoxton Street (one block away) has a weekly Saturday market, shops, coffee shops and restaurants. The Britannia Leisure Centre (0.4 miles) is adjacent to Shoreditch Park.
