The landlord is a private landlord who owns a pizza place a couple mins from the flat, so it is very easy to get in contact.
Great flat in a great location, shared kitchen with plenty space and bathroom only used by 2 tenants max as third room is ensuite shared by a married couple currently, they are searching for a private flat to rent. They are very nice and clean tenants who both work. The other tenant is a friendly female who is doing her master’s.
