£900 all bills incl. social flat prime location

I’m sadly moving out of the flat, as I want to move further out of London.

It is a 5 bedroom flat with 1.5 bathrooms, all bills included and a cleaner that comes fortnightly to clean shared spaces. The kitchen is quite spacious, there’s a backyard (good for drinks), and it is in a prime location - only 10 minutes from Shoreditch bars, 10 min walk to the overground, right across the road from LIDL and close to the parks, gyms, old street, markets, supermarket etc.

The room itself is a good size double room, on the top floor of the flat. It comes with a cupboard, double bed, set of drawers and a desk + desk chair. Perfect for remote working or studies as well.

You’ll be living with a student and a working professional. They’re both really social and it’s a good vibe in the house. We have two new people joining us at the end of Feb/mid March.
