We’ve got a furnished double bedroom (king bed) available for sublet in our lovely flat from the beginning of December for at least 2 months. We can be flexible with an earlier move in. All bills are included.

Old Street (Northern line)- 15 minutes walk
Hoxton overground - 10 minutes walk
Buses local, and from Kingsland Road - 0 to 5 minutes walk

Shoreditch Park is a stone’s throw away, and Hoxton Market is less than 5 minutes.

Your room:
The bedroom comes with a king size bed, wardrobe hanging space, bedside tables, chest of drawers and bedside tables.

The rest of the flat is fully furnished. The place itself is bright and spacious, with:

✔ An open plan living room, with projector!
✔ Bathroom and second WC
✔ Balcony

You’ll be sharing with two of us, plus my 8 year old cockapoo:

We’re two friendly professionals who like a quiet, relaxed home. We are mindful with energy consumption and in general, conscious of living sustainably.

Jonas is a 3D artist and works in the office 5 days a week.
I work in property management.
Marley, my dog, is freeloader, living his best life! He is very friendly and loves making new friends.
Schedules:
During the week, evenings at home are mostly about food and winding down. We like to socialise together or do our own thing- so, whatever you are comfortable with, we’re happy.

We like to keep the place clean and tidy which is important for us.
