The flat has five bedrooms, four on the first floor and a ground-floor bedroom conversion. The ground floor has a kitchen/dining room, a separate WC with a faucet, and a utility room. The upstairs shower room also has a WC and a faucet.

This is a home where we meditate and respect our space and each other. Ben is an electrical power systems engineer for a consultancy in East London. His main interests outside of work are Kung Fu and Tai Chi. Amjad is a software developer working for a start-up in Old Street and he likes jazz & soul, drawing and reading. Simon is a Creative Writer with interests in Reading, Yoga & Reiki. Austin is a Research Fellow at the London Initiative for Safe AI.

Bills are additional and include council tax, gas, electricity, water, and high-speed fibre optic broadband. Each tenant pays 20% of the total, which will be £110.00 per month.
