I’m looking for someone to sublet a spacious master bedroom with a private bathroom in a lovely duplex flat right in the heart of Hoxton.

The flat’s in a secure gated building with double gates. It’s on the 2nd floor — when you walk in, you’ll find the landing with storage including coats and shoes, living room, the second bedroom, a communual bathroom (with a bathtub!), and a balcony that connects to both the living room and second bedroom. There are floor-to-ceiling windows, so the whole space gets loads of natural light ☀️

Your room is on your own floor downstairs, with your private bathroom. It’s great if you like having your own space — it feels completely separate from upstairs and you barely hear each other.
(Only thing to note: the washing machine is in your bathroom, so your flatmate will pop down occasionally to use it.)

The room comes with a bed frame, mattress, built-in wardrobe, and a full-length mirror. The rest of the flat is fully furnished,

The kitchen is modern, oven, microwave and including a dishwasher! 🙌

The location is amazing — less than 5 mins’ walk to Shoreditch, and Hoxton Street has everything you need. Hoxton Station is just a 5 min walk too 🚉

You’ll be living with Xiaoyu (27), a Design Engineer. She’s friendly, outgoing, and enjoys hanging out with friends, but also likes her own space — a nice balance of sociable and chill.
