Looking for someone to take over my tenancy from mid-March / 1st April as I'm moving out to live with a friend. The flat is well-connected and is a 5-minute walk to Hoxton Overground and 10 minutes to Old Street, with also a bus stop right in front of the building.

The housemates are in their mid-20s. It’s a friendly environment where everyone gets along well. We’re looking for someone tidy, friendly and respectful, ideally a working professional of similar age.

– Spacious room with en-suite bathroom
– Furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk
- Private garden for yourself
– Shared kitchen with fridge, hob, microwave and utensils
– Clean and well-maintained communal areas
– Residential building

📄 Contract & costs
– 6 month tenancy until 15 September 2026, with the option to stay longer, subject to agency approval. Same rent and terms as current tenancy. Single tenant only.
– Rent: £1,360 pcm
– Deposit: £1,360
– Bills: ~£80 per month, paid upfront as required by the agency

If you’re a student you may be asked to pay some rent upfront.
