Bright and fully furnished double room available in a very nice flat in Hoxton/Shoreditch.

The flat has:
- 1 bathroom + separate toilet
- Spacious living room
- Fully equipped kitchen (we share all kitchen tools and appliances)
The room comes furnished with:
- Double bed
- Wardrobe
- Desk and chair
- Chest of drawers

You’d be sharing with 3 friendly girls (Spanish, Italian and Greek). We’re easy-going, respectful and independent, but we also enjoy a chat in the kitchen. We’re looking for someone clean, considerate and a good fit for the house - boy or girl, it doesn’t matter.

All bills included: Council tax, gas, electricity, water, internet and WiFi.

Contract length: 5 months
I’m leaving before my contract ends, so this is a replacement until the end of my tenancy. After that, you’re welcome to renew directly with the landlord if you’d like to stay.

No agency fees.
