£850 pm double room available 1 April in Hoxton

Looking for a friendly sociable housemate in a lovely 3 bed flat in Hoxton, £850 pcm without bills. Council tax band C. Costs with bills included are around £1000 pm.

The bedroom available is a double, with room for a desk and bookcase and lots of natural light. The flat has a separate kitchen and living room, and is across two floors (maisonette).

The current housemates are two women in their late 20s. One works hybrid so spends time in the flat during the week. We are sociable and also love spending time in the flat. We would like someone who is easy-going, friendly, and fun.

Collective interests include: football, music, communism, good tv, bad tv, cooking, knitting, swimming, having a dance on a night out etc. One of us is veggie and one of us doesn’t eat much meat, so veggie or veggie adjacent preferred.
