Short term / summer sublet in Hoxton double room

hi! I’m off for the summer and looking for someone kind quiet and clean to take care of my room while I’m away! Offering cheaper rent so you can water my plants and keep my stuff secure! Dates are super flexible preferably end of May or June as start until mid September with some flexibility. But open to any other dates / duration!

Ideally for someone who is looking to be here for the summer or working on creative projects. Not someone with a lot of stuff!!

Located in hoxton! Room is going for 875! Don’t worry about bills!

Next to Lidl - hoxton overground 7 min walk + kingsland road and all the great buses. Northern line 15 min walk to old street.

Very quiet and clean household - not party house but wholesome cute and we like watching movies and random communal dinners :)

One full bath and one powder room. Large living room with big windows

Flat is three other working professionals. Creative, POC and queer household.
