Looking for one more to join our home in Columbia Road (E2)

About the place:
A three bedroom house with the iconic Columbia Road Flower Market on the doorstep (literally!). With only a 10ish-minute walk to Hoxton Overground, Old Street Station, Shoreditch Overground and Bethnal Green Station.

The house has a huge living room, separate kitchen, a pantry(!), a cloak room(!?), a small gravelly garden and one shared bathroom. We have furnished the house with a fair amount of furniture and art, but there is scope for additions! It’s full of natural light and has plenty of storage space.

The room for rent is a double room that comes semi-furnished with a deceptively large amount of storage space.

Bills not included. Come to roughly £105 a month

About us: We are Luis and Franci. Luis is a graphic designer who also works between home & the office and Franci works at the Parliamentary Library. Not a party house, but we are friendly and social and make the most of the shared space. Looking for one more clean and tidy person to replace our flatmate who is sadly moving out!

Who you are:
We are looking for someone to move in towards the end of April. Active and social but not a party animal who is happy with living in a home.

Clean and tidy in communal areas.
Looking for someone who can fit in. Has their own life, but also happy to grab a pint after work

Logistics
Doing viewings as and when. The room is available from the 28th April an earlier move in can be arranged if needed.
