I have two rooms opening up in my three-bedroom house share just off Hyde Park. The one-year lease will start 8th of August 2024.
🏠 The house is located 100m northeast of Hyde Park (5-8 minutes from both Paddington and Lancaster Gate). It is in a little mews so very quiet and safe. I've lived here for two years and can't get enough!
🛏️ One room is very large (£1325) and the other is smaller (£1035), both pre-bills which come to c.£100 pm. Both rooms come fully furnished.
🛁 We have one bathroom between the three rooms (very spacious with both a shower and a bath).
🏋️ We have a garage outside of the house with tons of storage that I use as a workout space.
🧑 I'm a 26 y/old South African working in Strategy Consulting. Looking for two friendly, warm working professionals wanting to make this space their home.
