I'm subletting my room in our huge flat in Lancaster Gate. We have a great community going on and I'd love to find the right person to take my spot while I'm away :)

About my room:
I'm subletting my cozy room, which is available from May 1 to June 5. It comes fully furnished with a comfy bed and tons of storage space. It’s the perfect quiet spot to get legendary sleep nights (the room has no windows).
The rent is £790 per month. If you're looking for a shorter stay, the rent is £220 per week (minimum 2 weeks).
This price includes ALL bills (gas, electricity, water, and council tax) plus weekly cleaning of the common areas and bathrooms.

About the flat:
The location is amazing! We are a 4-minute walk from Hyde Park, perfect for summer strolls, runs, or just relaxing.
It is a 5-bedroom flat located right next to Paddington Station. Lancaster Gate station is also a 7-minute walk away, so you have incredible connections, including:
- Elizabeth line
- Central line
- All national rail services from Paddington
You'll be living with a friendly and social group of flatmates who make this a brilliant place to live.
