Hello Londoners!

My lovely flatmate is moving out so I’m on the lookout for someone new to share this gorgeous flat with me.

A bit about the place:
Peaceful top-floor flat overlooking a leafy garden square
Bright and airy with big windows and plenty of natural light.
Your room is large with built-in wardrobes and a lovely ensuite bathroom with a bathtub.
Washer/dryer in the kitchen.
Fully furnished, so you can move straight in.

The location is amazing:
Just steps away from Hyde Park - perfect for walks, runs, picnics or just soaking up the sun.
5-10 min walk to Paddington Station, Lancaster Gate Station, and Marble Arch Station - super easy to get anywhere in London.
A short wander or Lime bike to Oxford Street, Marylebone, and Notting Hill.
Surrounded by cute cafés, great restaurants, and plenty of hidden gems, but still tucked away in a quiet, safe little pocket of central London.

A bit about me:
I work for myself/freelance in organisational psychology consulting, mostly from home. During the week I’m pretty chill - early-ish nights, gym or yoga, healthy food. On weekends I love catching up with friends, exploring London, heading to yoga classes or escaping for little trips around the UK/Europe. I have beautiful friends in London and would love to welcome you along to social events but no pressure either :)
