All bills are included in the rent i. e. gas, electricity, council tax, water and internet

The house is non-smoking, clean and well maintained. Looking for full-time working office based, non smoking preferably female professionals only, who can share with others and keep the place clean, tidy, peaceful day and night time and easy-going. No overnight guests. Not someone who WFH nor someone who snore at night. I am Light Sleeper.

The house is located about 7 -10mins walk to Ilford TFL station. It has excellent transport links to the city including Stratford and Central London stations.
