I'm looking for two nice people to rent the amazing studio/one bedroom flat where I currently live.

The flat is located in 51-69 Ilford Hill, 3 minutes walking from Ilford Station (TFL - Elizabeth Line soon), and 10 minutes by bus from Gants Hill. There is also a bus stop in front of the building (Ilford Hill) where you can get several buses to Stratford Station and Central London (e. g. 25). The area is nice, and you can find all the shops you need (Sainsbury, Lidl, Wilko, Tesco, Poundland, Iceland) and a shopping centre where you can find Primark, H&M, T-K-Max, and other shops.

The building is brand new; it opened just a year ago. It includes parking spaces, security 24/7, centralised entry phone, security cameras, and 2 lifts. It has a private bin room and a private terrace/garden.

The flat is located on the 9th floor with an amazing view, thanks to the two private balconies (one in the kitchen, and one in the bedroom). The flat is brand new, as I was the first tenant renting it and I have been there for just 7 months. There is a large open space kitchen, a big bathroom, a bedroom, and a large closet with the washing machine/tumble-dryer. The kitchen is fully furnished with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, wine cellar, table and chairs. The open space, also, includes a TV space, a sofa, a coffee table, two small coffee tables and bookshelves. The price is £1100 per month, bills excluded. The deposit is £1100.
