Rooms to rent in clean well kept professionally run shared house.

I am seeking house mates to share a large clean and warm house.

Non smoking working professionals preferred though smoking is allowed in the rear garden under the pagoda.

Applicants must be clean and tidy, they must be prepared to keep the common areas and rooms clean and tidy, share putting the bins out weekly, they must be mindful of other sharers and be respectful of neighbours.

Rooms start from £495 (single) which Include gas central heating, electric, council tax, broadband internet and water rates IE all in.

The house boasts 1 large shower room with WC, one bathroom with WC, a laundry room with 2 washing machines, a butler sink and WC.

We have a weekly cleaner to clean the common areas twice a week and we can arrange for room cleaning and change of bedding if you so desire.

Terms are 4 week deposit and one month's rent in advance.

The single rooms are for single occupancy only.

Location is five minutes walk from seven kings station, 10 minutes form Goodmays station 20 minutes by bus to barking station and just a few yards to green lane for major bus routes shops etc etc.

This is a very friendly and sociable house not one where everyone hides in there room. We have a multitude of ethnicitys and religions and all are welcome.
