3 bedroom House

I dont know if this is the right place to post this ad but I am looking for someone who can rent a 3 bedroom house with me in Walthamstow + 5 miles around area,

I am 28 years old single professional, working full time and very east going and clean person,

Due to current situation I dont want to share the property with more then one person that is why i am looking for a single person to rent the whole house together and that new home will be for only you and me 🤠

I check few 3 bed houses with nice big garden, living room and 3 bedroom for around £1400 per month and the bills will be around £200 which mean the house is going to cost £1600 per month - do the maths £1600÷2 = £800 each, if you want we can look for cheaper house
