The room (Bedroom 2 on the floor plan) is a large double with big windows flooding the room with light. It comes with a new double ottoman bed and mattress. The room has its own private bathroom.
Alongside a brand new and clean kitchen (fitted November 2023), the living room is furnished to a high spec and with high speed fibre optic WiFi at 500Mb. There’s a large balcony just off the living room with views over Ilford.
The flat itself is located directly opposite the station. You are within 10 minutes to Stratford, and 25 minutes to Liverpool Street station on the Elizabeth line.
Within a few minutes’ walk you can get to the town with bars, shops, a shopping centre and various restaurants. There’s a shop directly under the flat block, alongside a Sainsbury’s and Lidil 7 & 10 minutes walk away respectively.
We’re very clean, tidy and respectful! But also incredibly laid back and friendly - we just want someone equally clean but nice to live with! Both Selina and I work full time in finance.
