•The house-share would suit a student or professional workers, someone clean, tidy and respectful of others. NO KIDS ALLOWED
•The property is spilt into 3 floors - big/spacious, clean and in a very quiet area. Guest policy - 1 per room, 2 max nights

Ground floor - Kitchen and dining room, garden, room 1 and 2, shower room

First floor - Bathroom, room 3, 4, 5

Second floor - Room 6 (en-suite) and 7

• Transport - 10 mins drive to Ilford station (Cross-rail Elizabeth Line), 15mins walk (shorcut via park) or 8mins by bus. Lots of access to bus routes. Seven Kings station is 20mins walk, 4mins drive or 13mins by bus

•The area is nice & quiet, close to all local amenities, supermarkets, gyms, restaurants and parks.
