This house is situated a short walk away (8-10min)from Gants Hill station and 12-15 min walk from Newbury Park Stn., close to amenities and busy high street with shops, leisure center, Big Park with exercise machines, Tennis court, perfect for running/exercising. Ilford town center is a short bus ride away (10-15 min).The house itself is not facing the main road so a peaceful and quiet atmosphere can be enjoyed. If driving, there's an off road parking space that can be arrange for use, although there's no road parking restrictions around the property.
there's a back garden which can be used for nice BBQ's during the summer or just to chill out if that's what you like. Chilled and relaxed flat mates, respectful of each others space.

The room on offer is an extra large double room (Also suitable for 2 people sharing/couples at an slightly extra cost, contact me for details) , it's fully furnished, wooden floors so no smelly old carpets and to avoid allergies. there's a double bed a big wardrobe and a separate chest of drawers, a desk style white table with a wheeled leather chair to be used as a small working space with Laptop. One huge window facing the front of the house and another medium size window on the side give the room lots of natural light.
