In terms of location, it boasts the perks of being a stone's throw from the river Thames and having a bus stop just outside that goes via Canary wharf. Also, it is a 30 minute walk to Canary wharf. There is a pub on your doorstep and a convenience store right next to the Island Gardens DLR station (8 min walk away).

The flat is occupied by easy-going and friendly professionals currently.
They are happy to live with anyone who is considerate and tidy. Also, the neighbours are friendly.

There is a £150 admin fee at contract sign-up.
Short term let's can be considered, although you would be signing up to an 8 month contract. This contract can be exited early by finding a replacement tenant and paying a week's rent (£160) as an exit fee. Also, the lettings agency can find a replacement tenant for the finder's fee of 7% of the full outstanding rent for the remainder of the contract. If you stay for the full 8 months, there is no exit fee or need to find a replacement tenant.
