Great double room in great house

Hello everyone

We have a double room available and are looking for someone to join us in our four bed house on the Isle of Dogs. We are a friendly household of Canary Wharf / city workers, and looking to find another who we get along with to move in.

The house has a great location, it’s a quiet residential area, 5 mins walk from island gardens dlr which means commutes to Canary Wharf are less than 15 mins and about 25/30 to bank. There’s a big Asda close by and millwall park and farm a few minutes away too.

The house has 4 bedrooms, the other three are occupied by Roberto (Italian, 30), Kristina (Lithuanian, 27) and Craig (English, 27). We have two bathrooms (so you’ll share with just one other person), a large kitchen and garden.

The available room will come with the bed, wardrobe, desk and drawers.

£700 a month, with all bills and council tax included, and a cleaner who comes every two weeks. Please get in touch if you’re interested!
