Room available in a student house W POOL & GYM

Hello! We are a group of 4 students from University of Westminster and University of Bristol who study a mixture of Computer Science/Biology related degrees. From end of August we have a spare double room available for the year. Contract to be signed ASAP.

You will share a main bathroom with myself (one female). I don’t mind sharing with male or female :) The room comes with a bed, built in cupboard, desk, chair and storage.

We have FREE access to a gym and a swimming pool with sauna and jacuzzi on site!

Kitchen is a good size with plenty of storage, extendable dining table and sofa. We have washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher included.

We are very close to Mudchute and Island Gardens DLR, the DLR only takes about 10 minutes to Canary Wharf which has Jubilee and Elizabeth line. We also live very close to Greenwich Foot Tunnel which means we are in walking distance to Greenwich Markert, Uni of Greenwich, Greenwich park etc. There is also an Uber boat stop close to us (Masthouse Terrace Pier) if you fancy taking the boat to central London!

We come from a mixture of backgrounds including Indonesia, India and the UK. We are very open minded people and have no preference on religion, race, sexuality etc.

Our house has a relaxed atmosphere, we do not have parties here but we often socialise in the kitchen and cook together. We do also like our own space and peace and quiet. We allow partners/friends to stay over but not large gatherings. We tend to all socialise outside the house!

The house is kept clean and tidy. If you smoke, we don’t mind as long as you smoke outside the house.

We do welcome professionals, however please consider that you will need to pay council tax. As we are all students in the house we a're currently exempt.
