Bright Double Room with Canary Wharf View – Island

Hello!
We are Ramya and Camilo and we are looking for a new flatmate to join our home in Island Gardens from the 1st of May.
The room is a bright and spacious double room with a double bed, wardrobe, and a very nice view towards Canary Wharf. The house is clean, cosy and spacious, with a large living room, dining area, kitchen and shared bathroom.
About us:
I am Ramya, 30 years old, I work full time as a manager and I also study. Camilo is 25 and works full time as a bartender. We are friendly, calm, clean and organised people. We like to keep the house tidy and comfortable. Sometimes we cook or watch something together, but we also respect personal space. This is not a party house, we prefer a calm and friendly home atmosphere.
We are looking for someone who works full time, clean, organised, respectful and easy going, and who wants to live in a nice home, not just rent a room.
Location: Island Gardens 5 min walk to the DLR, 1 min walk to bust station (very close to Canary Wharf)
Move in date: 1st May
Rent: £800 + bills
