This recently renovated maisonette on the Isle of Dogs is a minute walk from Crossharbour DLR station, a 15 minute walk from Canary Wharf, plus there is huge park & farm a 5 minute walk away.
There are 3 bedrooms, the smallest being a shared home office. There are 2 toilets, one is a wet room with a lovely shower. A cozy private garden is attached to a spacious open plan lounge/dining area . There’s a well stocked kitchen with all the need amenities. Plenty of storage space throughout property - 3 huge cupboards on the ground floor and a medium cupboard in the office. The bedroom can come furnished or unfurnished. (Large wardrobe, double bed, shelves, light, table - currently dismantled but would be put together before you move in)
There is a big Asda behind the house and plenty of small shops a few minutes away.

Just me as a housemate plus my house rabbit (Azrael lives in my bedroom) and a few guinea pigs (Osiris, Styx & Hel live in a cage in the lounge but are always up for cuddles) - I’m very regimented as to when I clean them so there are no smells! I’m clean and tidy in everything else I do too.
I’m an office & events administrator at a little public college, working 9:30-5:30 usually in the city but currently working from home.
Whether it’s us having a drink in the garden and putting the world to rights, or separately watching tv in our bedrooms, or a night on the town every so often. This house is LGBTQ+ friendly!
