Hi! Unfortunately I have to move out from my lovely house and I am looking for someone to replace me. I have an amazing double bedroom with a private bathroom to rent in a two bedroom house.

The room is located upstairs and it is fully furnished - includes a double bed with bedside tables, a huge build-in wardrobe and a book shelf.

SHARED SPACES
The house is very modern and comes with an open-space kitchen (fully equipped: oven, microwave, dishwasher etc) with a dining area and a large living room. There is also a storage for bags and suitcases and a small toilet downstairs. The lounge is spacious so there is also a space for a desk if you need to work from home. Private parking is available.

HOUSEMATES
You will be sharing the space with a lovely couple. Maira and Cristian are in their 20s and they are looking for a friendly, clean and easy-going flat mate or a couple who is pet friendly as they have a young cat Jamie. They like to socialize, play PS4 and exercise with a beer :)

LOCATION
The house is only 8 minutes walk from Mudchute DLR station, 10 minutes walk from Island Gardens DLR station and 15 minutes walk from Crossharbour DLR station. The location has a great connetion to central London. There is also a bus stop just in front of the gate.

AREA
Zone 2. It is a very friendly area with a lot of parks. There is a big ASDA superstore near by, as well as Tesco Express and lots of corner shops. Greenwich and Cutty Sark is just on the other side of the river, with plenty of pubs, restaurants and a market.

Bills are not included but they are around 100£ per person
